Mallorca is a residential concept designed for a dramatic sloped site overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. The project responds directly to the terrain, using the topography as a generative design tool rather than a constraint. The architecture balances a restrained material palette of concrete, wood, and glass to create a dialogue between permanence and warmth. Spaces are organized to maximize views, natural light, and a seamless relationship between interior and exterior environments. The experience of the home is conceived as a gradual journey through the site, revealing framed vistas and moments of connection to the surrounding landscape. While contemporary in expression, the project is rooted in its setting, drawing on the climate, light, and character of Mallorca to create a residence that feels both grounded and expansive.
