01 - Conceive
We begin with the space.
We begin with the architecture and the way the piece needs to function within it: its proportions, materiality, light, circulation, and the lives unfolding around it. When the right piece does not exist, that absence becomes the starting point for something new.
02 - design
We develop the idea together.
Initial ideas are translated into sketches and design studies, allowing proportion, form, material, and detail to evolve in dialogue with the client and the space. Each direction is refined through the lens of aesthetic integrity, function, and craft until the design feels resolved.
03 - Materialize
We refine every detail.
Once the design is established, we move into detailed development—from three-dimensional studies and technical drawings to material sourcing and custom samples. Stone, timber, metal, finishes, and textiles are considered in relationship to both the piece and its surroundings.
04 - Craft
We bring it into being.
Each piece is made to order by artisans selected for their mastery of material and process. NAINOA oversees fabrication through completion and coordinates its journey from workshop to home, including delivery and installation support where needed.
